Shipping Policy

A. Introduction
This Shipping Policy ('Shipping Policy') sets out how orders placed by you on the digital Store operated by CornerInch are processed, packaged, shipped and delivered. The objective of this Shipping Policy is to provide the User with a clear understanding of Store's procedures and obligations regarding order fulfilment, expected timelines, delivery logistics, and rights in the event of delays or non-delivery. This Shipping Policy is intended to supplement and operate in conjunction with the Terms of Use of the Store and the Store Policies. Any term not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms.
The Company reserves the right to, from time to time, amend and modify this Shipping Policy. The User acknowledges and accepts that they may also be subject to receiving periodic communications from the Company related to their obligation to comply with this Shipping Policy. It is the sole responsibility of the User to stay informed of any updates, or policy amendments or modifications issued by Company, as more particularly detailed in Section I (Amendments and modifications to the Terms or the Store Policies) of the Terms.
Company may, at its sole discretion, determine that any action by the User breaches this Shipping Policy, the Terms, or the Store Policies, and Company may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, cancel, modify, or terminate your account at any time.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
B. Order Processing, Dispatch, Shipping and Delivery
When you place an order on the Store, you will receive an order confirmation via email or other communication channels registered with your account. The confirmation will include details of the order and an estimated delivery timeline based on your delivery address and the information provided by the Seller. You can also track the status of your order on the "My Orders" or equivalent section of the Store.
All delivery timelines displayed at checkout or in order confirmation messages are indicative only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside the reasonable control of the Seller or the Company, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, regulatory checks, transport disruptions, or operational delays at the logistics provider's end.
Each order is processed, packaged and dispatched directly by the Seller responsible for the Product, as displayed on the relevant Product page. The Company acts as the marketplace platform and facilitates order management and tracking, but does not itself fulfil dispatch or delivery unless explicitly stated on the relevant Product page.
If a Product listed on the Store is a digital or non-physical item (such as an e-voucher or digital code), delivery shall be made electronically to the contact details provided at checkout, and no physical shipment will occur. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided at the time of purchase (including email address and phone number) are accurate and accessible. Neither the Company nor the Seller shall be liable for any failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccessible contact information, spam filtering, or device settings. Digital Products are non-returnable and non-refundable except as required under applicable law or as expressly permitted in the Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with that Policy.
The Company endeavours to ensure that Sellers comply with the Store's shipping and delivery standards and will assist in resolving cases of delayed or failed delivery. Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock, logistics issues, or other operational constraints communicated by the Seller, the User will be duly notified and offered appropriate remedies, including cancellation or refund, in accordance with the Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
C. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout and form part of the total consideration payable for the order. Shipping charges may vary based on factors such as Product type, size, weight, delivery location (including pin-code serviceability), logistics partner, or any promotional offer in effect at the time of purchase.
Certain Products or order values may qualify for free shipping, as displayed on the relevant Product page or at checkout. Any such free or discounted shipping offer is promotional in nature, may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice, and shall not constitute a continuing waiver or entitlement for future orders.
In the case of multiple-Product orders, shipping charges may be applied on a per-item basis or consolidated at checkout, depending on whether the Products are fulfilled by a single Seller or multiple Sellers.
Shipping charges may be waived, discounted, or modified by the Seller or Company on a promotional or case-by-case basis. Any such waiver shall not constitute a continuing waiver or create a right for future transactions.
In the event an order is cancelled or returned in accordance with the Store's Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy, any shipping charges collected may be refunded or adjusted in accordance with that policy.
D. Tracking, Delivery Attempts and Undelivered or Rejected Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment update containing a tracking link or tracking ID (where available). You can use this to monitor the status of your order through the logistics partner's portal or the "My Orders" section of the Store. Tracking information may also be shared via email, SMS, or app notifications.
Delivery partners shall make reasonable attempts to deliver the Product to the address specified by the User at the time of checkout. At the time of delivery, you may be required to provide a one-time password (OTP) or delivery PIN, show a valid government-issued photo ID, or take other reasonable verification steps to confirm your identity and ensure the Product is handed to the correct recipient. Failure to complete such verification may result in non-delivery, in which case the Product will be returned and processed in accordance with the Store Terms and Store Policies.
If an order cannot be delivered despite reasonable attempts due to reasons attributable to you, including, without limitation, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable contact number, locked premises, or repeated failure to take delivery, the order may be cancelled and returned to the Seller. In such cases, the Company may, at its discretion, deduct actual shipping, return logistics charges or administrative fees incurred by it prior to initiating a refund. No such deductions shall apply where non-delivery is attributable to the Company, the seller, or their respective logistics providers.
In the case of large or high-value Products, the delivery partner may contact you in advance to schedule or confirm a delivery time slot. If you fail to confirm or be available during the scheduled slot, the delivery may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the above and the applicable Store Policies.
E. Consequences of Delay in Fulfilment
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, it is expressly stated that we shall not refuse to take back goods, or withdraw or discontinue services purchased or agreed to be purchased, or refuse to refund consideration, if paid, if such Products are delivered late from the stated delivery schedule. Provided that in the case of late delivery, this shall not apply if such late delivery was due to FM Event (as specified in Section N (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms).
Any eligible claims by the User under the above shall be addressed in accordance with Store's Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
F. Geographic Scope
The Store currently services addresses located within the territory of the Republic of India. Orders with international shipping destinations are not accepted or fulfilled, unless expressly agreed by the Company in writing and subject to applicable laws and export regulations.
G. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
If you believe you have been unfairly treated, harmed, or have encountered anything that violates this Shipping Policy, you have the right to raise a complaint or grievance in accordance with Section M (Grievance Redressal Mechanism) and Section P (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement) of the Terms.
